Your guests will have a memorable day celebrating with you.

The Barn ground floor areas and gardens are fully wheelchair accessible - we do not have any steps to negotiate and hope less mobile guests feel free to enjoy all aspects of the wedding.

  • No confetti (only the Bride & Groom are permitted to bring their own real petals which will be provided for you to use)

  • Bar does sell cigars but not cigarettes, so please bring any cigarette supplies you need for the day/evening.

  • We are a licensed premises and you are not permitted to bring any alcohol onto our premises - so please don't! NO HIP FLASKS, BOTTLES OR CANS ARE PERMITTED. They will be confiscated. The bar will also not serve under-age guests. Please don't spoil the day for the happy couple.

  • Cars can be left overnight - CCTV cameras cover the Barns premises and grounds, so are secure. However please check with your Bride & Groom as if we have a wedding the following morning, we may need cars removed by 10.00am. Guests are not permitted to stay overnight in the car park (in camper vans, caravans, vans, etc).  Dogs and other animals are not permitted to be kept in owners vehicles during the day/night.  Arrangements for the Barns personal dog-sitting service can be arranged.

  • The conditions of the venue hire for the Bride & Groom clearly state that any loss or damage to guests property, or damage to the Barns property, is the responsibility of the hirer, so please be responsible for your own property and the Barns property and take care of any valuables during your visit to us.  Please do not wilfully damage the barns or grounds during your visit.  Valuables belonging to the Bride and Groom will be held in a secure safe room prior to collection.

  • If we find any personal belongings, we keep safe at the Barn and will usually give to the Bride & Groom the following day for safe-keeping.  If you have lost anything, please contact us on the mobile number below or please contact the Bride & Groom direct.

  • If you are bringing young children to the wedding, please be aware that we do have water features in the main gardens (where pictures of the bridal party are taken), so please ensure that children stay in the main play-lawn area (where we have Connect4, Jenga, etc) or that you hold their hands at all times to ensure their safety.

  • We have a good selection of local taxis that can be booked on the day of the wedding, but it is also a good idea to book your own local taxi/minibus with a return trip (hotel to barn/barn to home etc). Please do not drink and drive.

  • Unless special arrangements are made by the Bridal couple, all our weddings finish at 12.00 midnight for carriages.

  • To contact the owners direct at the Barns in the run up or on the day - please call JANE 07875 142493

Enjoy your day and evening with us at the Barns.   We want you to have fun and to get home safely.
