A design-led venue that is not only beautiful, but works very hard to create an ‘experience’ for you and your guests.
From the outset, the team wanted to build something completely different from what's normally available to couples
It was important that the Barns were as sustainable as possible; combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. A venue that made life easy for couples and their families by being well designed.
The Barns have a fantastic 'flow' and relaxed feeling throughout, minimising the need for over dressing (reducing cost). You don't need to work hard to make them your own as the gardens and all the glass do such a lot of the work for you.
They easily absorb traditional or contemporary themes, allowing the couple, guests and flowers to become the main central focus of the wedding, rather than any major feature dominating.
The latest renewable energy from Viessman for heating and cooling, PV panels, two water bore hole supplies (for water, irrigation and drainage), low energy lighting and equipment and green-oak for the new barn were all part of our sustainable credentials.
For any wedding, Redhouse Barn offers a wonderful experience from the rustic redbrick barn to the contemporary bar and relaxed Lounge, moving into the beautiful main timbered barn and then finally once the evening arrives, transforming the timber barn into a night time display of lights and lasers that any chic nightclub would be proud of! All in the heart of Worcestershire and nestling in family grounds and gardens.
Being an all year-round venue, it is always warm and cosy. A new clear roof open sided Marquee on the rear Courtyard provides a great covered heated space all year round. Outside, the gardens are constantly developing and always look lovely! It is quite rare to have Barns with beautiful gardens as they normally have just courtyards and fields, so we are very lucky in that respect.
The Barns are continually evolving and we constantly look at new developments, change and improvements. No two weddings are the same for us - but every wedding is very special.
